World Health Organisation (WHO) has provided the financial support of fixed sum of Rs. 8.00 lakh for `Development of Sanitation Park' where full size model of technological options for sanitation can be displayed. The tentative lay-out plan of the sanitation park is displayed below. Hon'ble Minister, PHE Shri D. P. Goala laid the foundation stone on 27 th of March at Betkuchi, Guwahati.

The project is expected to be completed by October,03.
